PiracetamPiracetam is known as a nootropic, a smart drug, and a food supplement. While it has not been approved by the FDA in the United States, it is not illegal and is sold by several US companies. Piracetam is thought to increase the oxygen and blood flow to the brain, enhance memory, attention, intelligence and cognition, and slow down brain aging.
