WHICH SUPPLEMENT IS THE MOST POPULAR ?According to a governmental survey cited by the Mayo clinic's 2007 guide to alternative medicine, the most popular herbal supplement is the herb echinacea, followed in rank by the herbs ginseng and gingko biloba.The most popular and most commonly used non-herbal supplement, however, was glucosamine, followed by fish oil and omega-3 fatty acids.
