How much Pycnogenol is too much ?
No Tolerable Upper Limit has been set for pycnogenol, but to date there have been no reports of toxicity linked to pycnogenol consumption in healthy individuals. Doses of up to 35,000 milligrams of Pycnogenol were given for six months, with no adverse effects.
