There is no Recommended dietary allowance for Superoxide Dismutase, although some nutritionists recommend taking 4 milligrams of Superoxide Dismutase daily in combination with 30 milliligrams of zinc and 50 milligrams of manganese for maximum antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and anti-aging effects.
