Omega 3 fatty acids - How much is enough ?

To date, there is no clearcut answer as to how much is enough when it comes to omega 3 fatty acids. Presently, there is no Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA) for omega-3 fatty acids, but you should try to get one gram of this nutrient a day. This, of course, may be difficult, depending on your normal diet habits and may necessitate the use of omega 3 fatty acid supplements.
