Omega 3 fatty acids - How much is too much ?

You should always excercise caution when using nutritional supplements and this applies in the case of omega 3 fatty acids as well. No tolerable upper limit for omega-3 fatty acids has been set, but doses greater than 3 grams per day of this supplement are generally not recommended as omega 3 fatty acids may interfere with the body’s blood clotting action and increase bleeding.
