How much Paba is enough ?
The bodys own intestinal bacteria manufacture PABA, so few people are deficient in this substance. There is no Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA) for PABA, but the usual oral dosage is anywhere from 30 to 100 milligrams three times a day. Large doses of PABA are used to treat serious disorders such as Peyronies disease and scleroderma, but must be administered only under physician supervision.
