How much Vitamin A is enough ?

The Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA) of vitamin A is 5,000 International Units (IU) for adult men, and 4,000 IU for adult women (6,500 IU if nursing). The National Institute of Medicine set 10,000 IU as the tolerable upper limit for healthy men and women.
