How much Vitamin A is too much ?
Although the National Institute of Medicine set 10,000 IU of vitamin A as the tolerable upper limit for healthy men and women, this amount could be toxic to anyone with liver damage, and has been linked to birth defects if consumed by women during the first 3 months of pregnancy.
