Can you get enough Vitamin A from food and dietary sources ?
Most people have no problem getting the RDA of vitamin A from their diet. However, those with liver disease, digestive disorders, or taking birth control pills or the drug methotrexate; as well as alcoholics, smokers, and pregnant or nursing women, may need more of this nutrient. Vitamin A supplements are available and generally safe within the RDA limits.
