How much vitamin b6 is enough ?

The Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA) for vitamin b6, or pyridoxine, is 2.2 milligrams for men and women over 11. Pregnant and nursing women also need vitamin b6 in their diets. The b6 RDA for pregnant women is 2.6 milligrams, and 2.5 milligrams for nursing women.
