Are there risks associated with using vitamin b6 ?
There are a few risks associated with large doses of vitamin b6. Over 2,000 milligrams a day of b6 have been reported to cause numbness or tingling of the hands and interfere with basic motor skills. In some cases the damage is permanent. Pyridoxine, or vitamin b6, also lowers the effectiveness of Dilantin, a drug used to control epileptic seizures.
