Can you get enough vitamin e from food and dietary sources ?

Most people have no problem getting the RDA for vitamin E from their diet. However, the amount of vitamin E needed to fight disease and provide antioxidant protection—about 100 milligrams—is a great deal higher than the RDA and difficult to get through diet alone.

People with cystic fibrosis, Crohn’s disease, and liver disease may have trouble absorbing adequate amounts of vitamin E, and should consider supplementation with Vitamin E.
